Software

We have developed custom tools for fMRI and psychophysical experiments that are openly available at our lab github page. A few highlights are as follows:

• fMRI_preprocessing: A preprocessing pipeline for task- and resting-state fMRI data, including ICA-AROMA for noise removal

• rtfMRI_prep: Tools for efficiently computing functional localizer regions (during data collection) to be targeted with real-time fMRI

• CPM_CONN: A suite of Matlab functions for performing connectome-based predictive modeling analysis and visualizing results

• gradcptpy: A PsychoPy implementation of the Gradual-Onset Continuous Performance Task
